"Prospect were commissioned in September 2013.

I worked in partnership with Prospect to develop a robust talent management initiative to support service line management which encompassed the design, delivery and evaluation of a development centre approach, underpinned by a service line management competency framework.

Prospect are very passionate about all aspects of leadership development. Expert skill, knowledge and attention to detail about subject areas facilitates the design of well thought out proposals to support leadership development.

It was in recognition of the great work undertaken in partnership with Prospect that work continued with Prospect in August 2014.

This included Partnership design and delivery of a middle line management development programme to support the development centre outcomes.
