Donna Bradshaw and Sam Tunney, CEO of Well North, delivered a masterclass to share their learning and experiences of working with ten northern towns and cities to develop place based approaches to improving health. NHSE commission High Impact Influencing for Senior Leaders

Prospect will be delivering a three day programme for Senior Leaders to explore influencing and making a positive impact as NHS organisations work closer as a system to deliver ambitions Sustainable Transformation Plans (STPs). The programme will consider the requirements of influencing with a range of partners, handling complexity and differing roles and strengthening personal confidence and impact. Actors will be used to bring real scenarios to life. Finally, delegates will be offered 360 assessments to reflect upon their personal leadership style and approach.

Cumbria Partnership Trust Extend Prospect’s Leadership Programme

Our senior ‘Leading for Quality Care’ Programme was delivered to 5 cohorts of leaders during 2016. We are delighted that this evaluated very positively, and that a further 3 cohorts of leaders will receive the programme in 2017. The Prospect team enjoy an excellent relationship with the Trust’s OD team, and, working together, the programme includes 360 Assessment using the Healthcare Leadership Framework, masterclasses in Self as Leader, Leading Others and Leading in Systems. Real projects are progressed in action learning sets.
