NHSE - High Impact Influencing Programme Recommissioned for Senior Leaders

Following the excellent independent evaluation of the pilot programme delivered last year, NHSE have reappointed Prospect to repeat the programme in March. The three day programme explores how Senior Leaders, with every expanding scope and complexity of role, can be highly effective influencers in many settings. The programme explores complexity, power, politics and personal effectiveness - including understanding negotiation stances, conflict and building personal credibility. The actors will make an appearance to support practice. Last year, delegates found that the programme was valuable and highly relevant for people attending, and the role-plays particularly provided powerful learning

Halton Borough Council - Senior Leadership ILM 7 Programme Completed

In January, the taught element of our programme concluded with an inspiring and buzzing Presentation Event. Over 25 senior leaders have completed the programme and shown their innovation and creativity in presentations and posters showing their learning and projects. The range of projects, all of which will make a positive impact on residents lives, include finance, parks, integrated health and social care, Leisure Services, Children and Adults' Services to name but a few. NHSE - Northern Cancer Alliance - Development Programme for 80 Cancer Leads

Prospect are delighted to be commissioned to deliver a development programme for the Northern Cancer Alliance. Eighty Clinical Leads who chair cancer Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) will take part in the programme. Since MDTs were created, the number and complexity of patient cases has increased and the range of therapies and treatments is always developing. The programme will support the Clinical Leads in their role, and the programme will focus on leadership, skills and change - and will include practice sessions with actors, Richard Cottier and colleagues.
