Greater Manchester Population Health – Systems Leadership and Team Development

Greater Manchester’s Health and Social Care Partnership’s Population Health Transformation Team have a hugely important job in developing the Population Health Plan with many organisations and partners across Greater Manchester, amongst many other things. Population Health is complex – with many factors contributing to health and well being – such as employment, income, housing, leisure, and lifestyle to name but a few. This means that system leadership and team working needs to be strong and that staff are supported and developed, and Donna Bradshaw and the Prospect coaches will be working with the team, using real programmes and projects to illuminate the leadership and teamwork learning.

South East London Cancer Alliance Masterclasses delivered January 2020

The Prospect Team started the new year by venturing down to East London to deliver leadership masterclasses to Cancer Multi-disciplinary teams. Population and Place Based Workforce Planning – Training Programme Completed in Morecombe Bay with N

Working with the NHS Transformation Unit, we have now developed 15 Transformation Champions to facilitate workforce planning projects in Morecombe Bay and Grange-over-Sands. These include looking at future workforce for young people with mental health issues moving from children to adult services; older people with complex needs and people living with diabetes. The Transformation Champions are working in small teams and are supported in Action Learning Sets facilitated by Prospect and the NHSTU.
