Transition and Change Workshops
"100% of delegates saw the programmes as being of great personal value to them and stated that their feelings about organisational/personal change had evolved from anxiety to increased optimism about their future. The workshops met all desired learning outcomes, were delivered on time, across the whole of Lancashire and to a high standard."
Catherine Loftus,NHS Central Lancashire
NHS Lancashire commissioned a number of workshops across the Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in Lancashire to support staff who are undergoing significant Change and Transition.
In collaboration with NHS Lancashire’s organisational development practitioners, Prospect designed and delivered two different workshops, entitled Supporting You Through Transition – Dealing with Personal Change, and Supporting You Through Transition – Managing Change.
Prospect shared the programme materials with our client so cascade training could be undertaken in the future
All of these workshops met the desired learning outcomes and were delivered ontime across the whole of Lancashire.
- The workshops were supplemented with
- additional learning materials
- links to useful websites
- articles relating to the self-assessment, development and maintenance of personal resilience.
100% of the participants evaluated theprogrammes as being of great personal valueto them and found them to be very informative, supportive and of great learning value.
The workshops led to an increase in optimism, motivation and feelings of being in control. In many cases these participants stated that their feelings about organisational and personal change had changed from feeling somewhat anxious or fearful to feeling more optimistic, and motivated about their future and ‘in control’.
