Feedback was that we were selected for our strong OD and facilitation approach to this innovation project, that will ultimately drive high quality, integrated care for people in Surrey’s communities.
We will bring our combined capabilities of organisational development, place making and NHS transformation into a co-creation approach so that the Operating Model has the full engagement and input from staff and stakeholders.
