Prospect have a long-standing relationship with Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership and are proud to be supporting our region moving forwards. The Prospect team is supporting work with the Senior Management Team in the Population Health function and facilitating system events for the Build Back Fairer approach in GM.
We also continue to work with Lancashire and Cumbria ICS to design and deliver a Board Development Programme for their Population Health Board.
Our work with Surrey Heartlands ICS with partners NHS Transformation Unit to deliver an Operating Model for the new system continues. In addition, Prospect are delivering an OD programme of coaching for senior staff and team coaching for the new ICS Executive team and Well North Enterprises are forging ahead with Place Making programmes in Northwest Surrey
