The UK has a very complex Courts and Tribunal Structure, including civil, magistrates and crown courts amongst other types.
Every visitor to a court or tribunal building must be kept safe, and as such the front desk security services are a vital part of the court experience – ensuing people are greeted courteously and that security and searching processes are delivered to a consistent high standard.
The staff delivering these services are contracted through OCS – who won the tender to deliver these services to HMCTS just before the Covid pandemic.
OCS have appointed Prospect and Well North Enterprises CIC as a partner to help transform culture within the security services.
An 18 month project which commenced early 2021, will be developing and delivering a culture assessment tool, and supporting and developing leadership.
