Catherine is an experienced, creative and driven strategist and leader with over 20 years’ multi-sector experience across leadership, strategy, change and capital raising. She has focused most recently on the health and social care sector, mutual financial services and growth and transformation of purpose- led organisations.

Catherine is a recently retired Non-Executive Director, People Committee Chair and Wellbeing Guardian of Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and a Member of the Cheshire & Warrington LEP Scrutiny Committee.  She is an LGA Peer Assessor and has been a mentor to health startups with Praetura Ventures.

Between 2003 and early 2016, Catherine held senior roles at the Britannia Building Society and Co-operative Bank.  She was most recently Head of Strategy for the Co-operative Bank, whilst earlier roles spanned Change Management and Procurement. Prior to this Catherine worked for ten years on capital markets transactions at international organisations Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Credit Suisse.
