Kiran Southworth

Project Manager

Thanks to her ’can do’ approach, Kiran has built a well-deserved reputation for delivering professional, reliable administrative and project management support, her desire to make things work and deliver great results make her a much valued member of the team.

Working with clients ranging from entrepreneurial small businesses to large academic institutions, Kiran always takes a proactive and positive approach to her work and when it comes to problem solving she uses diplomacy, tenacity and sensitivity to ensure client satisfaction. Over 20 years, she has honed her skills as both a team member and through providing individual input to programmes and projects, this includes the following:

  • Senior stakeholder management encompassing clients and partners

  • Establishing and maintaining project management procedures on a range of client programmes

  • Establishing and maintaining effective business management processes

  • Working with organisations looking to set up business management processes and financial systems

  • Event and programme management

Family and community are important to Kiran and living in the lovely town of Glossop allows her to enjoy them to the full. She loves family walks in the beautiful (if sometimes soggy!) Derbyshire countryside, and working alongside friends and colleagues on community initiatives such as ‘Bellies not Bins’.
