Prospect Associate

Michele White is a team coach, executive coach, and supervisor of team and executive coaches. She works with individual leaders and with leadership teams across a range of sectors, including health, technology, media, private equity, pharmaceutical and professional services.


Michele is passionate about supporting leadership teams and individuals to work at their best and  is driven by the difference that great (and collective) leadership can make in organisations.


Drawing from her own experience as a board director, and many years of coaching senior individuals and teams through the complex dynamics of leadership, Michele quickly establishes rapport with her clients, through listening and asking powerful questions to get to the heart of the issues.


With humour and humanity, Michele creates valuable space and time for her clients to reflect, take stock, develop options, find greater clarity and awareness, and then take purposeful action.


Straight talking, observant, objective, and honest, Michele looks beyond the surface in order to help her clients to uncover new solutions. 


Working with a delicate balance between support and challenge, Michele helps her clients to enhance the quality of their thinking, their decision making and their actions to achieve real and sustainable change that gets results.


Michele loves to work with  team coaches in supervision; supporting them to deepen their practice whilst working through the complexity and juiciness of any team coaching assignment.
