Sue Henry

Prospect Associate

Sue works with organisations supporting them to bring their staff wellbeing ambitions to life, creating happy healthy and productive workplaces. She works with individuals who want to stop spinning plates and make time to do more of what brings them joy – creating a more balanced life.


She left the NHS in 2012 after more than 25yrs working in local, regional and national NHS organisations – Sue works hard and passionately to use her skill, knowledge and experience to make a positive difference to everyone she works with.


As a coach, facilitator and most recently a mentor with Association of British Mentors, Sue uses a range of behaviour change tools, technology and an asset based approach to her coaching.


Sue brings her interest and passion for nature, photography and creativity to her coaching and facilitating including walk and talk sessions, Netwalking events for professional women and Photography Walks for Wellbeing sessions.


There is a growing body of evidence that demonstrates the benefits of connecting with nature to improve mental and physical wellbeing, Sue harnesses this in both her personal and professional life.


She has recently been appointed as co-chair of Women in Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG) on behalf of Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM).


Sue’s background in NHS service management, transformational change and leadership and Public health means she has extensive experience of engaging staff and communities to achieve improvement and transformational change.


For a number of years Sue was seconded to work at a regional level bringing together the opportunities for health and regeneration to reduce health inequalities improve lives of disadvantaged communities.


Sue uses an empowering, collaborative and facilitative approach to her work with groups, organisations and individuals.


When she’s not working Sue enjoys time at her caravan near Abersoch and is working her way up to regular cold water swimming!
